Jeremy is currently on the senior management team of Providence Medical
Technology and has led the Global sales organization since joining in 2017. In his
role, Jeremy develops and leads the sales strategy, professional education, and sales training programs for PMT.

Prior to Providence, Jeremy served as the VP of Sales at Paradigm Spine and served in senior management roles with Medtronic, FatCloud, Salient Surgical, and Cardinal Health.

He has specialized in the commercialization of new medical devices and therapies throughout his career.  Jeremy has contributed to the successful launch and exits of businesses in medical device, enterprise software, pharmaceuticals, and professional sports.

He is a published author (THE POINT GUARD APPROACH) and is a regular guest
speaker at conferences and industry related events.

As a husband and proud father of four children, Jeremy offers a level of insight on
what it takes to be a leader at work and at home. The Laynor family currently live
in Dallas, Texas.
