Kate Lee serves as the Executive Director for the Foundation for Physician Advancement (FPA), where she plays a critical role in facilitating educational summits and networking events that equip early-career physicians with the tools needed to navigate and succeed in their careers.
Kate Lee’s dynamic public speaking resume includes keynote addresses, panel discussions, and presentations at national forums such as the Ambulatory Surgery Center Association (ASCA) and the Foundation for Physician Advancement (FPA), where her expertise on strategic initiatives and healthcare operations have inspired professionals across numerous specialties.
Prior to founding Motion Innovative, Kate Lee led a team focused on strategic supply chain initiatives at SCA Health, where she spent eight years developing and presenting supply chain strategies to senior executive leaders and physicians across 100+ ambulatory surgery centers.
Kate Lee holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Samford University and an MBA from Millsaps College. Outside of her professional life, Kate enjoys serving with the Junior League of Jackson and spending time with her husband, Caleb, and their dog, Raleigh.
