Emily specializes in employment, consulting, product development and related agreements, with a focus on surgical specialties, and represents clients nationwide in contract negotiations with employers and industry. She is a nationally recognized speaker and has been an invited lecturer for organizations such as AAHKS, Eastern Orthopaedic Association, the Foundation for Physician Advancement and the Women in Medicine Society.

Emily is passionate about guiding physicians through the negotiation process with respect to employment and consulting with industry.
